Lee Ashford Personal Trainer
Brief Background
I qualified as a personal trainer with Premier Training in 2002. Since qualifying, I have become an Advanced Boxercise I nstructor and freelance fitness writer. I have contributed to a number of publications, including Men’s Fitness Magazine, featured on Sky television offered fitness on BBC Radio Norfolk.
SESMA has been my main base since September 2005. 1-2-1 training is my preferred way of teaching, although I previously taught a boxercise classes here at SESMA. Fat loss, muscle build, posture correction, general fitness, Boxercise and Kettle Bell training are the main services I provide, although I am always looking to broaden my horizons.
Future Aspirations
Boxing has been my favoured sport for a number of years. Since my days as an amateur boxer, fighting at welterweight in the 1990’s, I have fancied the idea of coaching at a professional level. When I eventually get the time in between work and family life, I plan to take relevant courses to progress with my career goals.
