Brief Background
I was born in 1979 in Ely and I have lived in Soham all my life. I work at the Institute of Criminology for the University of Cambridge as a Personnel and Accounts Administrator.
I started Kickboxing at Sesma in March 2003 as a way to improve my fitness and to meet new people. I soon became interested in taking part in grading and was awarded my 1st Dan in March 2008.
What do you enjoy most about martial arts?
The challenge of learning new techniques and improving on my fitness.
Helping new students by passing on my knowledge.
Kickboxing has also helped to build my confidence.
Future Aspirations
To continue enjoying kickboxing and to hopefully be awarded my 2nd Dan.
